1. Eligibility for Refunds

Since our products are digital and delivered via email immediately after purchase, we cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

  • If the license key or software has been successfully delivered.
  • If the key has been activated or used.
  • If the product does not meet the customer’s specific needs or is incompatible with the user’s system (please check compatibility before purchase).

2. Refund Requests

Refunds may be considered in certain cases if:

  • You encounter technical issues with the key (non-working key) within 48 hours of purchase.
  • We are unable to provide a working replacement key within 5 business days.

  • Order number
  • A detailed description of the issue, including screenshots if possible

3. Replacement Policy

If you encounter an issue with your license key, we will first attempt to resolve the problem by providing a replacement key or troubleshooting assistance. Refunds will only be considered if a replacement cannot be provided.


4. Processing Time

Once we confirm your eligibility, refunds or replacements may take up to 7 business days to process. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
